What is the founding offer?
These are founding prices for the first rooms on WarpExit. Prices for new rooms will go up later. Everyone on the founding offer pays the same listed price.
How is my price chosen?
By your room's MRR. Under $10k MRR it's $39/month or $390/year. At $10k MRR and above it's $79/month or $790/year. We read MRR from Stripe or RevenueCat if you connect one. If you connect neither, it's $39/month.
When does my price change?
Only at renewal, never mid-cycle. The level is set at checkout and checked again before each renewal. If it moves, we email you 7 days before the renewal date with the new price.
Do I pay to set up a room?
No. Connecting sources, uploading files and previewing the room are free. You pay when you send your first buyer link.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. Buyers never pay, at any stage, for any room. They can also keep one free account across every deal they look at.
How is this different from Acquire.com or TrustMRR?
They are marketplaces: they help you find a buyer, show your revenue on a listing, and take a percentage of the sale. WarpExit is the private room you send buyers to, wherever they came from: a listing, a Twitter DM or a cold email. Tire-kickers stop at the NDA instead of taking a call. Each buyer signs your NDA, then sees revenue, bank deposits and files at the stage you allow, and you see what they read. A flat plan, no cut of the sale. Many sellers will use both. If you met a buyer on a marketplace, its terms still apply to that deal.
What happens when I cancel?
The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the room closes to buyers. Your connection credentials are deleted within 7 days of the plan ending or of deleting your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment for a room, as long as no buyer has signed an NDA in it. After that, refunds follow our terms. Cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the period you paid for.
Are there discount codes?
No. Everyone pays the listed founding price. There are no coupons, trials or negotiated rates.
